We work with a number of financial institutions to improve their outreach to micro and SME businesses as low- and middle-income client segments in emerging market environments.  

Our efforts have spanned large retail banks, private banks, microfinance organizations and rural cooperatives as well as insurance companies and asset managers.

We develop curricula and conduct regular practice-oriented seminars for international financial services providers, development organizations, and academic institutions. 

Current efforts have included the development of an e-learning course on microinsurance for practitioners on behalf of the Frankfurt School: Certified Expert in Microinsurance (CEMI).
